All equipment and material purchased by yourself (customer) will not be insured under Melbourne’s Advanced Electrical Solutions policy. Such equipment will be covered by the manufacturer.
All services come with 10 years warranty when installation is supplied and fitted by one of MAES electricians.
Melbourne’s Advanced Electrical Solutions holds up to $5,000,000 in public liability insurance.

Melbourne’s Advanced Electrical Solutions will not be held accountable for faulty products providing limited work that is provided by the customer.
Warranty will be made void if any personnel whether customer and not an employee of MAES attempts to repair any problems.
Service will be denied if working conditions are dangerous/not healthy for any employees of Melbourne’s Advanced Electrical Solutions.
Warranty will be made void if the customer tampers, misuses, neglects, abuses of products installed.
